Call Steward Payroll

When you push this button, a file is created @CallSteward.com and is available to be securely worked on and shared, within the Google workspace, under specific conditions.CallSteward has configured a Google Enterprise environment that applies the maximum security to your payroll data while it is created, edited, and stored. If your payroll company is also a Google Domain, then you have closed the loop and are completely secure, with partners whose goal is to keep your data secure. If not, this is the weakest link as you email your payroll documents to the vendor.

The above venn diagram shows us that the original payroll document is stored @CallSteward under Enterprise features and that sharing exists between other Google Business Accounts, managed or AllowListed, by CallSteward.com.

When the Domain is not a Google Domain and not AllowListed, the sharing features are disabled and the documenet must be downloaded to a local machine, and the re-attatched to an email and sent to it's destination. This scenario is not ideal and opens the door to multiple security issues.

Entry level, Basic, Google Business accounts are not eligable for these features.
