The Pay depends on the contract, and on the positions. Basic “hand” pay ranges from $19-25 an hour depending on the contract. Benefits are generally with the National Benefit Fund. A worker will get a packet from the benefit fund when they have enough money deposited in their fund to cover a full quarter of health benefits.
